Necessity is the mother of invention!

Well... maybe not an invention but a pretty good idea.  At a recent real estate expo I brought an electronic photo frame that displayed before and after photos of staging projects.  This "show" gave agents a quick example of my work and the impact staging has on a room.

This wonderful addition to my marketing arsenal is eye catching, compact, easily movable, and can be reprogrammed to accomodate varying clients!

What a great idea!  We had thought about putting one of those in a home that we had staged with before & afters.  It would be great when the Real Estate Agents have their brokers open.

I also love the fortune cookie idea Tom!  Great tips for the expos too!  I checked into M&M's but they were pricey.  I also saw an idea someone posted here on A/R where they handed out bags of nuts with notes that read "You're nuts not to Stage with such-n-such"  Very cute.

Sorry for the delayed responses... busy day!

Naoma:  It is an effective way to show a lot of photos with minimal space.

Teresa: Totally agree!

Tom:  Rattle away!  You are the Marketing Guru!

Tori:  I still use PPT presentations for offices - it allows me to show the photos on a larger screen.

Cathy:  I will check it out.  This one was $170 at Sams Club - 11" screen.

Ginger:  Maybe it is your software???  I never heard anyone else having problems with them.

Ronelle:  I have always thought so:)

Mary:  Totally agree!

Patricia:  You're welcome!!!

Patti:  Make sure the house is secure when you are not there... they are VERY portable!

Liz:  You're welcome!

Michelle:  I also recommend memory sticks - switch them up in an instant!

Robert:  Happy downloading!

I love the digital photo frame idea.  I've been meaning to keep my eye open for affordable frames to load my clients home photos on and give as a closing gift - They love getting a CD of their past home, but this would be a nicer keep sake and a great conversation piece.  Great idea for your staging and I love the photos you take.

That is a great idea, I never thought about using these frames for that, you can even take them for your consultations with clients.  I gotta get one of those.

Good Idea! Digital Photo frames are great, I have given them as gifts to family members, now that the price has come way down I think I should get one for marketing too!

Very cool - we bring our pc and big monitor for our fair booth each year and  draw a crowd.  2 guys came back again this year to critique my staging.  They were surprised that I remembered them. I will be checking into the digital photo frames for smaller venues.

Kristina, GENIUS!! I am going to use this idea on the brokers tours. If you do the before and after on the actual house that is on tour, I THINK the brokers and REA's will really get an idea of how powerful our role is!!

Excellent post my friend!
