What a great idea! We had thought about putting one of those in a home that we had staged with before & afters. It would be great when the Real Estate Agents have their brokers open.
I also love the fortune cookie idea Tom! Great tips for the expos too! I checked into M&M's but they were pricey. I also saw an idea someone posted here on A/R where they handed out bags of nuts with notes that read "You're nuts not to Stage with such-n-such" Very cute.
Now there's a great idea! Thanks for sharing.
Hi Kristina, that is one fantastic idea. I can't wait to get one. Also thanks go out to Tom for the fortune cookie idea. Thanks for sharing another great marketing idea.
Hello Kristina,
This photo frame you have is your post is a great idea. I have several of them laying around the home. I never hooked them up though, but after reading you post i will.
Thanks for sharing!

Sorry for the delayed responses... busy day!
Naoma: It is an effective way to show a lot of photos with minimal space.
Teresa: Totally agree!
Tom: Rattle away! You are the Marketing Guru!
Tori: I still use PPT presentations for offices - it allows me to show the photos on a larger screen.
Cathy: I will check it out. This one was $170 at Sams Club - 11" screen.
Ginger: Maybe it is your software??? I never heard anyone else having problems with them.
Ronelle: I have always thought so:)
Mary: Totally agree!
Patricia: You're welcome!!!
Patti: Make sure the house is secure when you are not there... they are VERY portable!
Liz: You're welcome!
Michelle: I also recommend memory sticks - switch them up in an instant!
Robert: Happy downloading!
Kristina, EXCELLENT idea.. Thanks so much for sharing it.. Congrats on the featured post - very deserving. God bless,
F A B U L O U S I D E A ! I can't tell you what a pain it is to arrange for a big screen TV to present photos - This solves soooo many issues! Thanks for sharing.
I love the digital photo frame idea. I've been meaning to keep my eye open for affordable frames to load my clients home photos on and give as a closing gift - They love getting a CD of their past home, but this would be a nicer keep sake and a great conversation piece. Great idea for your staging and I love the photos you take.

HI Jason, another fabulous thank you idea. Keep them coming everyone! :)
That is a great idea, I never thought about using these frames for that, you can even take them for your consultations with clients. I gotta get one of those.

Good Idea! Digital Photo frames are great, I have given them as gifts to family members, now that the price has come way down I think I should get one for marketing too!
Hi Kristina - What a great idea! That is a fantastic way to show off your work.
Thanks for sharing your great idea Kristina!
Fantastic idea for a trade show, Kristina! Thanks so much!!
Very cool - we bring our pc and big monitor for our fair booth each year and draw a crowd. 2 guys came back again this year to critique my staging. They were surprised that I remembered them. I will be checking into the digital photo frames for smaller venues.
Kristina - That's even a great idea to show off homes that are currently for sale! I like that!!!
Great Idea! Thank you so much for sharing!
Kristina, GENIUS!! I am going to use this idea on the brokers tours. If you do the before and after on the actual house that is on tour, I THINK the brokers and REA's will really get an idea of how powerful our role is!!
Excellent post my friend!
LOVE IT! THANKS FOR SHARING as I'll be adding this to my 'thing to purchase' list!
Hi Kristina, I can't believe I missed this post. Love the idea and thanks for sharing!
