Hello,
I'm thinking do I do an OPEN HOUSE ? Its a crazy thought or do I spend money on placing on line ads, pod cast,updates, postcards, flyer's and knocking on doors. I wonder what would give the best results for the day ? If I knock on doors I could talk to someone, rather than sitting in an empty house waiting for a random person to come in. If I post to the web I might actually get more traffic as it does not cost the consumer to surf the web. Hummmmmmm, what shall it be ? I think I still will stop in at my listings maybe take some new photos rewrite some ads. After all even the grocery stores move products around to entice the consumer to try new stuff. I wonder what else I can do to make this a productive weekend Maybe I should pass out flyer's on cars with my website ? Or is that called "posting bills" and would it make me a littler bug ? With this slow market my mind is always churning for an out of the box idea. Something that stands out and the buyer and seller thinks wow that's pretty cool !
