I encourage you to find one or two add-on services. Thermal imaging and mold testing are two services in particular that have enjoyed explosive growth in the past few years. You can offer the services as part of your standard inspection or as an add-on. Either way, you can benefit from providing these services.
Keep in mind that there is a difference between your standard inspection and a basic inspection as defined by industry standards when you provide the additional services.
Anything you can do to give yourself an edge over the competition is a good thing. Just make sure you get the proper training along with the proper equipment
