While vacationing here in the Highlands of North Carolina, I would like to view some homes for sale on White Mountain Drive. Just wanted to browse but unsure if there is a way to make that happen. Any ideas?
I am a member of the Fort Lauderdale RE Board and I have been able to go into the Orlando board and they allowed me to use their MLS at the board office. Not sure if they allowed this because I am a member in the same state. But as a member of your local board you should call the Highlands board and ask. Beautiful area! Enjoy.
I'm unsure about the location of the North Carolina Highlands. However, if there's a Keller Williams in that area, I'm sure there are agents that would be willing to help you with your search goals. That would probably be true with some other companies in that area. GOOD LUCK and ENJOY YOUR VACATION!
You might want to go to a RE office and ask the floor agent or broker if they will allow you to search the MLS on their computer. Of course you would have to present your credentials but if they look at you as a potential customer then it might be mutually beneficial.
Wow Patricia, you're from an awesome town, I love Dunedin and have family there, and you're only about an hour North of me in SC! The Highlands are awesome..expensive but awesome..enjoy your stay and if you need info on SC for your drive back give me a call! _ Holly Lynch, KW
Go to AR and find an agent in that area and ask...OR most (at least here) agents with sites are fed by MLS listings and are all current...put NC Real Estate and the area in DOGPILE....(my very favorite search engine ...ARF !) and you will get more listings and realtors than you can count.
