How many of you REALTORS create and use a post-sale client list?
Many of the customers that turn clients are very valuable...just wondering what
steps you take to ensure the loyalty for the post-sale activities? do you keep those clients
on your mailing list forever? Do you mail out or contact them once a month or once every
three months or less than that time period?
