I often hear from real estate agents that they want to expand their business but are unsure how they should go about it. Some have entered Property Management, Mortgage Lending and rentals. Some have tried different marketing ideas to increase business, these all have potential but have you thought about expanding your market reach? I don't just mean a few miles outside your local market, I mean a market completely outside your real estate market.
I know not everyone will have the ability to expand into other markets but for some, this is definitely an option. I am currently developing a website that will be targeting a market outside of Las Vegas. I partnered with an agent in a particular market and I will try to duplicate what I have accomplished on line in the Las Vegas Real Estate Market. If I am successful, I will be able to create revenue from a market that I don't sell real estate. This partnership helps the agent who has no web presence create business from the Internet and allows me to generate revenue from a real estate market other than Las Vegas.
So when you think about increasing your revenue from your real estate business, sometimes you have to think outside the box!
Once I complete the new website, I will be announcing what real estate market I will be venturing into :)
