Realtor/Loan Officer -to- Realtor/loan Officer - A challenge worth looking into!

In 2003 I did this exact same thing with good results. Times were a bit easier and loan programs were a snap. Not so in today's market.

The proposition: If you know a Realtor that is "set" with a Loan Officer (if not I can work with more than 1 Realtor - whatever works for you), I challenge any Realtor reading to join with me in a friendly competition.

The goal is simple- together we can set the terms, but closed deals is the objective. Within a set period of time, X number of closed deals between the two teams, myself and one of you against ANY other Realtor/Loan officer team.

The way I look at it, no one has anything to loose and everything to gain. "Put up" time!!

In 2003, myself along with three others did this exact same thing. This "challenge" gave us goals and made each other accountable. Many talk and few do! Lets "do" and sell some homes.

Its easy to talk and write on Blogs talking about how good you are. I think we all do it at times. Live in the past or refer to our "good times" while sitting in bad times. If I have any takers, I'll put my words into action.

The challenge is simple, the proposition is clear and the goal is negotiable (number of sales).

This does not apply to deals in the works. This refers many of the topics in my past blogs. Turning your "Rolodex" (like anyone has one of those anymore) clients that have not bought or sold for what ever reason into buyers or sellers.

If any of you have read any of my past blogs, you may think that I am "all talk" - I'm ready to prove it. Duplicating your efforts on the same effort you put out now is a win win. Not a single person reading this has anything to loose and all to gain.

Any takers? I am in WA State!

Jeff, great idea.  I will pass it on to some realtors I know and see what they want to do
