Airport Road Development Project in Boca Raton

The vacant property along Airport Rd. which became available and was being sought after by City Furniture and Ipic Entertainment will be occupied by City Furniture where they will build a furniture complex. That was the decision of the board based on imput from a CPA hired to review both companies. I would have thought IPic's plan for a 45,00 square foot retail and entertainment complex would have been better suited for the property but I guess there might have been other deciding factors.
