First of all, thank you to all who replied to my first blog. I’m excited about this networking site and eager to push its capabilities. I apologize if I was not clear about my intentions for the post and did not give proper background information on my business or myself.
The reason for the post was not to collect sympathy from the nation, but rather to show the incredible investment opportunity available when buying in a down market that has hit rock bottom and has nowhere to go but up. The Detroit market is going through a shift from suburban sprawl to the excitement of urban living much like the rest of the country has done in previous years. The opportunity is now to move on investment real estate that range from single-family homes to a historic building that offer huge tax credits. There is a specific investment for every aspect of the market and the reason for my post was to start explaining my thoughts and insights into the market.
Bio of my company and myself,
My company and I are in the business of meeting and speaking with as many people as possible about real estate investment, development, urban planning, marketing etc. to make a connection and create a sustainable business relationship. We have been in the Detroit investment market for 30 years and have never seen such a wide open market like this before. We are involved with every new major development in the city and are looking to build on what has already been done in the past 8 years. Also we want to inform the everyone interested of all the new projects and opportunities available in the city because, speaking candidly, there are very few people outside the state of Michigan that are aware what’s happening in the Detroit area. The opportunity or “blank canvas” has never been more apparent then right now in Detroit. As I stated in my previous post feel free to contact me on any issue either on my cell (248)207-5132 or email at eric.walstrom@gmail.com
Best Regards,
