- pre-qualifying the buyer
- determine buyers property requirements
- talk to the buyer about the steps to a closing
- Show 5 properties and find keepers
- Show 2 and revisit keepers
- Set an purchase contract
- negotiate counter & revisit the other choice
- Send accepted contract to loan officer
- talk to the buyer about the steps to a closing again
- describe to the buyer the closing table and to remember their ID
- Assure the buyer you will be there with them and it is Fun
The Buyer will always remember their first closing and you. Plenty of REFERRALS!
