Are your sellers still in denial?

            I am very positive person! I try to surround myself with positive people all the time.

                                       

But being positive and acknowledging situation are two different things!  Prices have come down and are still coming down but there are still sellers that are in denial and that are expecting some kind of appreciation. Maybe even more aggravating to me is that there are still agents that are in denial and overpricing houses. (I often wonder how they can afford that in the market like we have it right now, LOL I guess that will be my next post)

                      

Prices have come down 10% in the second quarter of 2008 alone according to zillow.com

You definately want to hang around positive people.  I currently have a seller I want him to pull the listing.  He won't, oh well.

I have lost listings recently because the sellers didn't want to hear what I had to say.  Then they list high and when it sells it is in the range I had told them.  Facts are Facts.  HMMMM

Don, I have lost some and I had walked away from some but I can't afford listing that isn't going to sell.
