I can't believe it - Summer is over already and the Sawdust Festival ends this Sunday August 31st. That also means the free trolley shuttles will be over this weekend as well. I have a Two for One email ticket if anyone thinks they might be able to attend before the show ends. I'd be happy to forward it to you, just let me know.
The Pagent of the Masters rolled out the red carpet for their Annual Benefit Gala last Saturday. Doogie Howser's Neil Patrick Harris was there, Joshua Malina from the West Wing, Kate Flannery of The Office, Beaver Cleaver, Jerry Mathers was also there and many others.
Tickets are on sale again to win a million dollar home in Laguna Beach, actually, it's $1,200,000 this year and the funds raised go to benefit the Ocean Institute in Dana Point. They only sell a total of 20,000 tickets, so chances are pretty good...at least better than the lottery!
Also the final Concert in the Park Series at Bluebird Park is this weekend with Sligo Rags a folk band with celtic and bluegrass attitude and that's from 5-7pm.
