I want to thank Mike and John for allowing me to represent them in the sale of the Fort Myers Beach home ! This is a tough market with not a lot of buyers. You gave me an immaculate home which had been fully upgraded inside and out and you priced it at the true market value ! We saw many nice listings sit on the market with no interest because they were overpriced ! In this buyer's market it has to be as nice as anything on the market and it has to be priced correctly.
