This week we took a really great class from Staged Homes 1 800 392-7161 or go to http://www.stagedhomes.com to check out Barb Schwarz website. We first saw Barb in the early 90's and went to a few of her classes, she was quite dynamic. Anyway, we are now Certified Accredited gProfessionals. We had so much fun while taking the 2 day class. On the 2nd day we actually went to a house near our office and had the opportunity to work with various stagers and real estate professionals in staging the house. We learned so much. We have known about this program for a few years but we were too busy to take the class. Now that our business is a little slower due to the market conditions, we were able to attend the class. When it comes to referrals we will certainly use an ASP Professional. This class is really geared for people who want to become stagers and the Realtors can do it too, but if you are a busy agent you might want to use one of the stagers to stage your home.
