Before we know it, Christmas will be upon us. If you would like to have a new place to call your own and have decorated for Christmas, now is the time to hit the pavement! Houses are a fabulous value right now. I have a listing right that is empty. It has a wonderful fireplace and I just find it sad to think the holidays may come and go with no stockings hung or lights shining. It is such a nice home and I can imagine some cozy rugs on the beautiful hardwood floors, Christmas tree in the corner, stockings on the mantle with music filling the air - laughter of children and hot cider. Christmas lights are what make the darkest time of winter bright in a neighborhood and I just hope this house is not a dark spot for the wonderful neighbors that live around this or any vacant home.
