The USDA Rural development loan is one of the best loan programs and only 100% loan programs that are available today. This program allows the client to purchase a home with no down payment and it allows the seller to pay closing costs, which helps the minimize the cash outlay at closing. This borrower pays a RD fee however there is NO monthly mortgage insurance on the loan which is a fantastic savings over the life of the loan and further minimizes the monthly payment.
