The only thing that the RESIDENCES OF MIDTOWN has to offer is its location and stylish kitchen. OTHER THAN THAT IT IS A TERRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE!!! IM LIVING HERE NOW and im MISERABLE!! The condo association is terrible and rude especially a woman by the name Theresa, she claims shes on the BOD and is giving them a bad rap by doing so however she is NOT on the BOD as of now. She walks around the premises just to yell at people for doing nothing wrong and calls the president to get him involved in absoutely rediculous situations. I hear EVERYTHING my neighbors do and they wake me and my baby up every day. waste management comes 3 times a week before 8 am shaking aruond 3 huge dumpsters for about 30 minutes. FED EX and UPS never deliver our packages because they cant ever get in the building/gate or they cant find the community on their maps. Its also uncharted on any police personals references because my neighbor made a sound complaint one night and the cops never showed up because they couldnt find it. TERRIBLE! We only have one parking spot and the guest spots are very far away from out building! Lawn people also wake us up in the mornings from coming early. Kids were smoking marijuanain the stairwell and stank up the entire building! One weekend the clickers we use to get in the gate and in the building stopped working for half the residences. i couldnt get in my own home for 30 minutes on night. (2o min waiting at the gate and another 10 in front of the building with my 8 MONTH OLD baby boy who is on heart monitors and medicines to prevent him from being hospitalized that he needed and I couoldnt get in him. DONT MOVE HERE
