Room Solutions Staging in Portland OR was recently selected to stage a charming vintage 1941 home. The homeowner first contacted us to ask for a Consultation report and we provided a detailed "To Do" list of cosmetic repairs that we felt were necessary to make this home market-ready.  After he completed his work, we came back to stage this vacant home. We staged the main impact rooms to emphasize the focal points in each room as well as to make it appealing to the target buyer.  Here are a few Before & After shots ...

How funny, that's the camera that I use!  For some reason, my flash doesn't fill in but I usually take night photos, because that's when I seem to finish. I've started going back and taking in the day after it's been staged, but I try to get the whole room and miss some of the details.

I LOVE that piece over the fireplace. Did you install the mantle or did the homeowner?? Great move on tying in the colors to match the tilework in bathroom. I have done that at times when tile cannot be changed then I say work with it. Beautiful job

Phyllis ~ Thanks for your kind words.....I love that canvas over the fireplace too!  The homeowner installed the mantle.  You're right, sometimes we have to work with some of the existing fixed elements like the bathroom tile.  In this case working with it rather than fighting it was the right choice.

Michelle ~ Thanks for your kind words.  Most homes in my area look best with a transitional style of furniture like this one has.  You're right about shopping being one of the most fun things we do!  I hope that staging is keeping you busy in Montreal ... I went to my first year of college there and have many fond memories of that beautiful area!
