I searched our local Elkhart County Multiple Listing Service and found 93 homes in Cleveland Township for sale. Prices begin at $47,900 for a 3 bed 2 bath Mfg home with 1404 square feet. A Stick Built home comes in at $64,000 with 2 bed/1 bath home with 1059 square feet. In all prices inbetween $47,900 up to 3,350,000 there are homes available. The three million dollar one features 6 bedrooms and 9 baths with 11,162 square feet of heated and cooled living area.
