Short Sale Update

Ok several months ago I posted my short sale nightmare! Well the same house is FINALLY going to close! September 29th we are scheduled to close on the house and I FINALLY have a clear to close letter from Country Wide! After 4 buyers we are finally in the home stretch. I have had several short sales but none like this. It has been a long 9 months but next week it will be all over. We are already through the loan process and the majority of the process is over. We just need to get through underwriting and then get it closed. I am still keeping my fingers crossed because it is not closed YET but it looks better then it has in months!
