Camden Place is located northwest of Chapel Hill off Homestead Road. These are large homes built in the 1990s by Lawton Wheeler and primarily are transitional in style. These homes are in the executive category and have lovely details. The neighborhood has approximately 30 homes. Camden is just minutes (by walking or driving) to Chapel Hill High, Smith Middle School and Seawell Elementary. It is very convenient to downtown Chapel Hill & Carrboro, I-40 and the Triangle.
