That One Person

One thing I have always believed is that one person who this home suits.  In other words for every house there is a person who will like it.  Imagine my pain when a listing I have turned down a client from viewing today.  I have had quite a few people view this house.  All but one have liked the home.  I haven't received any offers though.  I tried to get the owners to let the agent with her buyer into the house today but they refused.  They were looking at several houses along with mine.  I just kept thinking this may be the one and we may never find out.  I will try to get the agent to come back but I don't know.  Always try to get your clients to be receptive especially in todays market.
