Whahoo! Party Time?? Thats right Party time... no, not the political party! A real Party! Music, cards, drinks, food (called "pupus" here, don't laugh!), friends & loved ones, you know...a REAL party!
Once a month our office host a themed party, Pau Hana on Aloha Friday! Last month was a Margarita Fiesta (we had Regluar flavored, Lilikoi & Coconut Margaritas), Coconut was the favorite! Recipe is at the bottom...). And this month it is Wine & Cheese... I can't wait, I found my old favorite wine and I know everyone is just going to love it...I didn't even know they still made it, it's been years since I have had any and there it was on the shelf, like it had been waiting for me. I bet some of these "kids" have never even tried BOONES FARM STRAWBERRY HILL! Can you believe I found it? Wow...this is going to be fun... and after that we can move up to the Fet Ser and Mondavi... but that first glass is going to be of the $4 dollar ripple!
Here is the recipe for the very tasty Coconut Margaritas;
Blend with ice and garnish with a toasted grated Coconut rim. Yummy!
