Hi Lorena, Thank you for the welcome on my blog post Sacramento and Elk Grove Living. How is the South Carolina real estate market? Our market for real estate in Sacramento and Elk Grove homes is actually chugging along at an even pace. Most recently, average sales prices were down, but the number of homes sold per month has increased. I know of a few people who moved from the Sacramento area to the Carolina's recently.
