Low Sales Price- $272,000
High Sales Price- $731,000
March sales continued on the slow side. Interestingly enough, the average sales price increased. As did the days on market. Homes sold for an average of 99.66% of their listing price. Demand for homes has been on average only 2% of the homes currently listed for sale. This tells us that it is still a strong buyer's market in North Tacoma.
