The MLS shouldn't really be the source of a daily chuckle, but it is a little more often than not I find a crazy quote, a funny misspelling or just a really, really bad photo that warrants sharing. For some reason this one struck my funny bone:

"DOG (CHIHUAHUA) IN BACK YARD. CAREFUL NOT TO STEP ON IT"

I've seen be careful of dog, don't let in, don't let out, etc. etc. but I've never seen this one !

Hi Catherine - Obviously, you've never had a chihuahua...We used to step on ours all the time. They have a knack for getting under your feet. Now we step on our greyhound - she always tends to lie down right behind you, without you knowing she's there.

You are right I've never had a dog that small! But it just seems so common sense not to step on any dog! Ok, I guess its just me. I saw another one that was funny today - said "No include stove, no sing on property." So I guess stove is not included, but no singing? DARN !
