Tired of Every Other Home Being a "Short" Sale -- Check These Out!

By
Real Estate Agent with RE/MAX United Real Estate

If you've been looking for homes in the College Park area (or near Andrews AFB) and you're getting frustrated with the huge number of short sales that require "third party approval" that can take 4 to 6 months you may want to check these out -

11322 Cherry Hill Road
Beltsville, MD 20705
Offered for only $139,999
FHA, VA and Conventional Financing are all acceptable

5918 Bryn Mawr Road
College Park, MD 20740
Offered for only $359,900
FHA, VA, CDA and Conventional Financing are all acceptable

5709 Butterfield Drive
Clinton, MD 20737
Offered for only $314,900
FHA, VA, CDA and Conventional Financing are all acceptable

All of these homes are owned by Sellers that can make a decision about accepting an offer within days (or sooner).  Don't wait around while a bank or "third party" loss mitigation employee works through a huge stack of files before they even start to consider your offer.

You could be living in your new home before Thanksgiving and first-time home buyers can take advantage of the $7,500 tax credit available through the end of the year!

Click on the links above to see a Virtual Tour of each home and get more information.

Or you can see ALL the homes in one place at The MD Suburbs of DC website.

I hear that complaint from agents regularly.  "Lenn, every home in their price range is a short sale or foreclosure".

Not good when a buyer needs a home quickly.  In lower price ranges, that's just the way it is.

It's not only that the banks are slow, but many of the listing agents around here who are doing short sales are totally clueless!
