We showed property to a customer yesterday. They liked two of the properties and wanted to make offers on both. We filled out the contracts and emailed the papers to them. This morning, we called just to be sure they had received them and could open and print them. What a surprise, the person acted as if they had no clue as to what we were talking about and wanted to make an appointment to see the properties. When told, it wasn't possible for today, suddenly, they remembered and then, it was a problem with their computer so they couldn't print them. Somehow, We don't feel we will ever receive these offers back nor hear from these people again. Oh well, you win some and you lose some.
