This is my first of many posts on an area in North San Diego County Inland which is presently being developed into an environmentally friendly place to live! Del Sur boasts the newest state of the art schools in the Poway Unified school District. The elementary school runs on its own solar energy and is equipped with the highest available level of technology.
Del Sur is located less than 5 miles from the Pacific Ocean and presently has close to 500 established residences within its boundaries
A specific percentage of the 2500 homes that will be built in this community will be equipped with solar packages large enough to sell back unused energy on the grid to San Diego!
All homes are equipped with energy saving light and insulation packages, most have tankless water heaters. These are truly the homes of the future~
I live in Del Sur. I live in an energy equipped home. I love my home and this great community and look forward to being here for many years watching it grow.
