Not too long ago my office recieved a telephonic request for 3 agents from our office to provide a CMA for a property. A couple of the agents had a problem with that because of the idea of working against each other. Understanding that each of us are independent contractors, I felt that each agent should have presented the listing presentation and provided a CMA. I defended my view in this way: If each agent did a professional job, it would show the professionalism within our company and the willingness to work together.
