Do not let the news scare you that there is no longer any 100% loan programs out there. As for all states you have the Rural Development and VA loans still available to get you the 100% financing you are looking for. But for Idaho you also have Idaho Housing Loans available. So don't get caught up with the daily talk on the news. Right now rates are going down and prices of houses are down. There is no better time to buy than now.
