I have found for some reason, that some of the videos displayed in past blog posts, will occasionally not appear. Sometimes, you will get a small silver triangle where the video should be - and you can click on it to play.

I was informed by some colleagues, that they were not able to access the video series - so here are some HTML links directly to the videos:

This is fantastic stuff. I always dump the mls data into excel and manipulate it on a regular basis but I don't do all the fancy charts. Thank you for sharing such indept knowledge with us. I actually have spreadsheets where I track "actives" on a monthly basis so I can share that with clients. People are always amazed that I know exactly how many homes are on the market this month compared to June. I see that I will learn lots from you---have to bookmark and will go step by step with my data so I can do this.
