I'm an Active Rain newbie and a new realtor, trying to connect with NYC realtors looking to refer clients seeking high end weekend retreats in northern Westchester and Putnam counties.

I scour the inventory and preview homes that are suitable as country estates with plenty of privacy, space, highest quality construction and maintenance and features that make the property unique and great for family and business entertaining. The properties I specialize in are geared to discerning clients who love their primary urban digs, but long for something special for their families when it's time to kick back.

For brokers who refer their clients I will pay a referral fee of 25% for properties sold up to $5M and 30% for properties selling above that.

I have a family estate in the finger lakes, Keuka lake to be exact. 40 acres, 2 houses including the original farm house and 200 feet of shoreline. Is there a similar group to AR that deals with these ty7pes of properties. Assessed value a little over a million
