I can't tell you how many buyers I've run into lately who just don't qualify for a mortgage ... FICO score requirements for a new home loan have changed recently, which ultimately makes it harder for some to even get into a home. Prices are going to either remain steady or come down even further - I don't have a crystal ball and there are so many opinions out there. Fact remains, it's a great time for people to buy a home or even two.
