I staged a vacant home this week that I had actually bid on 3 months ago (they were remodeling), so I hadn't seen the place since then.  When I got there, I kept thinking, "This is smaller than I remember," even though I had the measurements.  I had some moments of panic, thinking that I ordered too much furniture and it was too big.

The owner came by after we finished and kept saying, "I can't believe how large the master bedroom looks."  It is truly amazing how our size perception gets distorted in an empty property.

It is beautiful and it truly still amazes me that  so many agents and sellers don't realize that a vacant SMALL home actually looks smaller without furniture. Hope you have changed alot of minds with this one.
