Having been in the morgtage business for 3+ years. I have (like everyone) have learn to adapt my skills to my customer. When I first was in Alt A. I started out cold calling and I was successful. When I move to Hard Money I developed a great email marketing campaign and that was easy. Now Doing FHA and with everyone is doing it. I have to had to adapt using a variety of methods. Its working but I have never been so bored "Where did everyone go?" The mom and pop shops are gone. I hope everyone believes we're going to make it but with the dow 7500.00 and oil at 49.00 its hard too.
