How do you post pictures toLocalism?

I have noticed that Localism has pictures of different areas with no blogging currently attached to them. How does one go about posting pictures of your city in Localism. I would like to take advantage of this opportunity to show people the beauty of Bellingham with some nice photo images, but I can't figure out how to get them there. Can anyone tell me how? Thanks !

Log in to Localism.com, select your state. On the left, select your city. On the left again, you will see a link that says "Cityname Photos." Click that link and upload!

PS: You can upload by specific communities in that city as well. The communities will be listed on the left hand side. If no communities have been added, add the communities you know for more points and upload photos to those communities!

You can also do a a blog on a city or neighborhood in that city, and AR loads it into Localism with the pictures in your blog.
