I was so excited to see the 100 days of change. 2008 was very challenging for me both professionally and personally and I am anxiously awaiting a new change of focus and direction. I have joined a new Real Estate company that I feel very comfortable with and did quite well last year, but I am looking to do even better in 2009. So I actively want to participate in this 100 days of change and appreciate input from the group to get me jumpstarted.
