The proximity to Tempe Town Lake and Tempe Town Lake Beach Park "puts residents a short walk away from concerts, art shows, craft fairs, community experiences and sporting events."
The undertaking in Tempe is bold let by world renowned architects and developers. I am excited about the quality of the development and the future of real estate in Tempe.
