Lake Norman, NC Beauty!!

By
Real Estate Agent with NorthGroup Real Estate/www.TonyORealtor.com 218572

I have a listing for a piece of land up in Mooresville, NC at Lake Norman in a secluded, little area named, Point of View. The lot is approx. .75 acres and heavily wooded. MLS #809180. This is the view directly across the street from where the front of a house would face. I think it's beautiful. Whenever I go up there, I can't help but stay for a while and take in this serene scene. I hope you enjoy this view as much as I do.

Holy cow, Tony - that is GORGEOUS!  Did I ever mention that I lived in Charlotte years ago?  Loved Lake Norman.  However, I spent quite a bit of time at Lake Wylie - some restaurant/bar on the water - miss it there!

Leesa- Thanks my friend! I didn't know you used to live here...why'd you move? Lake Wylie is also very pretty. Listen, check out my U-Ewe blog again and look for Eleanor's comment! You will like what you read.

Do you still have this listing and what is the current asking price.  I live at the end of point of view.
