This is me and my son Dylan when he was 6 months old. Dylan just turned 4 years old but I keep this photo on my website because I have received numerous emails over the years from people who love it. I have received emails from young families that wanted to work with me as a Realtor because they were a young family as well and felt some sort of connection.

Dylan used to always make that look with his face and mouth. He was sitting in my lap when I noticed that my wife, Kay, was coming over with the camera so I turned my head and made the same look.

Realtors here often pass out three brochures from home inspectors, and I got quite a few calls from prospective Clients who told me that they called me first because of the cute baby, and if I ever get them on the phone, they are mine!
