I was asked that question by a friend the other day, and I have to say that despite all the challenges i've faced this year, I still love selling real estate.
I must admit, its been very tough going. Banks turning buyers down, sellers refusing to face reality and accept reasonable offers, buyers making offers so low it even hurt my feelings (never mind the seller's), and buyers changing their minds about buying at the last minute have all made this year in real estate much more "challenging" then I would have liked.
But still all in all, I like what I'm doing and fully intend to soldier on into 2009. Will 2009 be a better year? I've decided that it will and let's leave it at that.
