Let me introduce myself, I am Sheryl Loggins and I am an agent with Metro Brokers in the Pickens Co. Office. Selling homes and helping buyer's to find the perfect home is one of the most important decisions someone can make. I hope to help make this a pleasant and easy experience. Working with people is a very rewarding job.

Pickens Co. is the first mountain county north of Metro Atlanta, It is an easy commute if you work in the Atlanta area. Living in Cherokee or Jasper gives you many options for living a slower, easier pace, and still having the ability to reach any kind of entertainment, fine dining, or other things that might be of interest to you.

There are many great buy's on the market right now and the interest rates couldn't be better, so if making a move is something that you have been thinking about this is the time. There are some incredible homes that were originally in the Five Hundred Thousand Dollar range and are selling for around Three Hundred.

For the first time home buyer we have the rural development loan for this area. You can buy a home for almost the same amount that you are paying for rent. Let me show you some of the homes and also the loans available to you.
