You could also check with listing agents of properties in those neighborhoods.  Even if you don't have a buyer for the neighborhood at the moment, having that information available makes your better equipped to answer questions about the area when you do get buyers for those neighborhoods.

Just remember as you're building that database that associations and management companies do change, so how  you plan to keep the information current should also be a consideration.  One thought might be to have a place on the page where you list those management companies for people who live in those ares to notify you if there are changes....in other words, let it be interactive.
