Christmas time and time off gave me a time to reflect on my job and what it means to me. I have been an Office Manager for 4 different Real Estate Companies and after carfully looking at all companies and there procedures, etc, I must say that Metro Brokers/GMAC Real Estate is like a well oiled machine. Brokers are always just a phone call away, there is ample free training and tech support is always there to help with the computers!! I am trully impressed. In this market I think this is very important to the agents and to the office manager. It feels so good to work for a company that is agent focus based!! I love it!!
