Well it's only the first week in the New Year and already things are looking up. It's seems money is beginning to flow...thank goodness! Today in my in-box, I received this rate sheet from Rick Eul of Bank of  America.  I met Rick a few weeks ago when I was invited to the Lake Ridge Virginia BNI Chapter Meeting as a guest. BNI is a International Business Networking Organizationaimed at helping small business owners and self employed individuals network. Rick is a local loan officer who had some awesome information to share. He asked local chapter members to invite  top producing Realtors such as myself to the Tuesday morning meeting so he could share all the good mortgage news.
