One of the reasons we became REALTORS is the idea that we could help people acheive their dream of owning a home.  We like the personal contact portion of our busines.  Meeting people and spending time with clients are what we find most rewarding.  It's the relationship and the opportunity of friendship that motivated us to pursue this career and continues to nudge us on--even in this tougher market.  Our focus is always maintaining and increasing the circle when it comes to working with clients or potential clients.  For us, success comes with the progession of a relationship and the referrals that come with that personal experience.  It's so rewarding to run into a former client and have them go out of their way to greet you and tell you about their home or their family.  We find joy in learning about what they have been up to our how their family has grown.  Even in the more difficult transactions, it's the satisfaction at knowing that the goal of buying or selling a home was acheived by working as a team.  It's true that this is the era of ever changing technology, and although we continue to gather and explore this exciting avenue, our ultimate achievement is knowing that the relationships we've built as a REALTOR are the cornerstones of our business
