Villa Palma is an exceptionally beautiful gated townhome community located in the heart of Palm Beach Gardens. Homes Sales for 2008
There were three town-home sales in 2008 slightly down to that of 2007, where there were six sales.
Average Sales Price 2008
The average sale price for a three -bedroom 2 ½-bath town home in 2008 was $ 206,000 down 32 % from 2007 where the average sale price was $272,000. In 2008 there were no four-bedroom town-homes sold, however in 2007 there was one that sold at $$365,000. The good news is that homes sales are up countywide and interest rates are lower than ever.
Average Days on Market and Other areas of Interest
The average days on the market in 2008 were approximately 135 days down by two months from 2007, where the average days on the market were about 190 days. There were three townhomes sold in 2008 and six sold in 2007; this information has been derived from the Multiple Listing Service and current public county records.
