Thank you for reaching out and asking about the seminars. I don't have on hand (on this computer) any of the doc or .pdf's that we use.

Key Points -

  • KNOW what your talking about! Know it forward, backwards, inside out.
  • DON'T "sell" yourself.  - Your knowledge and genuine nature will do all the selling for you.
  • Keep it focused on educating them so they can be the best informed clients out there

I hold a seminar whether it is 1 person or 12. Anyone who desires to learn about buying a house, the process and/or willing to leave their home is worth my time. I prefer around 5 buyers so I can keep it personal which is just my style.

I hope this is helpful!
