4 Settlements in 24 hours! What is your record?

Congrats on your 4!  My record is 3, and that's not including when a seller is buying a new house and has to close simultaneously on the seller side.

And someone reported there was a down market! :)

7 in the same business day (and I had 9 scheduled for that day but 2 were re-scheduled) and yes I had personal assistants when I did these closings.   Congratulations......

Way to go.  Mine would be three in a week.  I was tired after that.

Great news for your success.  My record is 4 but tied to 3 transactions with one being seller purchasing a new home and closing on a listing. Glad your market is heating up or at least your business.  Right now I would celebrate 4 closings in 1 month.  Still a little chilly but heating up some now.  Good luck!

Michael:  I have no record that gives me multiple settlements in 24 hours.  This is a goal I might be able to meet this year.  Looks like it is starting out with a boom.

Congratulations, In az we have Title Company state so you dont have to be at closing, our record was dec 26 through the end of the year 26 properties
